A hand-thrown plate in shino glaze with striking carbon trap patterning — where carbon from the wood and gas firing becomes captured beneath the glaze, creating dark halos and organic markings across the warm orange-blush surface. No two pieces are alike. 6 inches diameter, 1.5 inches tall. Cone 11, gas-fired. Handmade at Fireborn Studios, Pittsburgh.
