Shipping is a flat rate within the content United States. International shipping costs will be passed on to you. Please contace me for details on internaitonal shipping rates. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We contract with our local, independent UPS STORE, and they ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). Parcels are sent by “UPS Ground” service. We deliver your order to UPS within 3 business days. They pack your order using their packing materials and expertise. I buy insurance and pay for shipping.
 As soon as I hand the item to the UPS agent they are responsible for the safety and delivery of the item. Once it is on the road, it usually takes between two days and a week to be delivered. UPS will email you a tracking number. 

DAMAGE CLAIMS

If an item is damaged in shipment you should immediately contact the UPS STORE (412-381-7755) that packed and shipped your order and file a claim with them. They will want to see photos of the package and the damaged items. Save the packaging. Damage claims are an issue between you, the UPS STORE and UPS (the shipper), not you and I.

RETURNS, REFUNDS and REPLACEMENTS

Everything I make is one of a kind and done by hand, therefore it can not replaced, however I may have or be able to make something similar. Should you be unhappy with your order and wish to return it you should mail your product to: Daniel Vito, 2338 Sarah Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, USA. You are responsible for the safe, undamaged return of the item. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Refunds will be calculated based on the total price you paid, less the cost I paid for UPS to pack and ship it to you. I will provide a receipt for the UPS charges I paid. I suggest you insure and tack your shipment.
 Contact us at [email protected] for questions related to refunds and returns. Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was presented to UPS for shipment.
 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
